In an effort to reduce the amount of errors occurring in the placement of structures, EIPD will now be requesting certified surveys of lots prior to the approval of any building permit for new construction such as houses, garages, additions, decks, etc.  These surveys shall be prepared by a Registered Manitoba Land Surveyor.  Some exceptions may apply.
