If you have concerns or comments, for or against an application, you may attend the hearing, as set out in the notice and/or send a letter by mail, email or hand deliver to the Eastern Interlake Planning District, attention to the Muncipal Council. Please note that Council is not to be contacted for information regarding the application. They must remain impartial until all information has been submitted and reviewed at the hearing.
Letters must be received in our office no later than 3:00 p.m. on the date of the hearing, if the hearing is in the evening. If the hearing is held in the morning, then letters shall be submitted to our office no later than 4:00 p.m. the day before the hearing. Letters after this time shall be submitted directly to Council at the hearing.
