INSPECTIONS
The following inspections are required/provided when you
have an approved building permit:
· Footings/Piles/Piers/Thickened Edge Slabs
· Basement Walls/Grade Beams
· Backfilling
· Attached Garage (piers/grade beam/slab)
· Framing and Plumbing
· Basement Floor
· Insulation and Vapour Barrier
· Final Inspection
Please note that the CONTRACTOR AND OWNER are
co-responsible for notifying our office for inspections.
OUR OFFICE REQUIRES 24 HOUR NOTICE
PRIOR TO AN INSPECTION !!!
